[ Ref. Marc Widuch in 171207 MMDigest

This photograph book is a fascinating insight into the Hupfeld factory
and its products.  I have so far got as far as page 50 with considerable
discomfort as I haven't found a way to rotate the pages to make it
possible to read them other than sideways on.  Usually my Adobe icons
from VIEW allow me to rotate the pages.  The facility is not available
on this book.  Has anyone any idea how I might do it?

Also, on page 50 is a picture of four men seated around a grand piano
which is apparently being played with the left hand only by a one-armed
pianist.  Does anyone know who he might be?
