Well, the overly-delayed hybrid player piano project is finally in its
last stages.  I have been too busy with a whole lot of other things
to give much attention to it; I did get some more work done on it
yesterday.  I need to make an upright piano-like "shell" to fit over
the components, and also finish linking the fingers to the keyboard
action.

If it gets completely by Valentine's Day, that will be lovely (pun
intended)!  I intend to put the completed instrument in our living-room
if I am allowed to.
