Making Small Bushing Bearings

Bearings are easy to make with a lathe and the proper reamers.
Turn the outside dimensions and then spot the center with spotting bit.
Drill the hole undersize and then follow with the proper size reamer.

I replace wood bearings with purpleheart wood or rosewood.  I have not
tried Delrin.  I don't know a machinist in Chicago but there has to be
dozens.
