I should add that CP-401 from Spectrum Adhesives is a really nice glue
and I like it better than PVC-E.  It is used to glue dampers to the
metal damper blocks found in some new pianos.

It holds very well and has a better initial tack than any others I have
tried -- great for gluing plastic keytops.
