It seems to me that Terry Smythe offered a number of scanned
"A" style coin piano rolls on his Player Piano Rebirth website.
Does anyone know of the current location for those scans?

He also had a lot of 88-note piano rolls on his site as well.
Are the 88-note rolls scans available as well?
