Hello! I'm in need of a sharp photo or scan of the inner lid card for 
my Mermod Freres Ideal Sublime Harmonie music box. My card is missing, 
showing the four small tack holes in the lid where it should be. If 
someone can help I'd appreciate it!

I have attached a fuzzy example taken from the internet to show what 
I need. Thank you for your consideration.
