Hello fellow MMDers.  I am hoping to confirm information regarding
the location of facilities that performed the actual installation of
Duo-Art systems in Steinway grand pianos.  I had thought this was
done in Garwood, New Jersey.

Also, can any readers describe their experience with doing a serial
number search by contacting Steinway in New York?  Was the information
given accurate with respect to length, case style, etc?
