Dan. I couldn't resist commenting that the "technician" who removed the
Duo-Art player action from the Weber was a first-class jerk. I restore
Duo-art, Ampico and other players professionally and I really get upset
when I see a beautiful instrument like the Weber Duo-Art stripped of
it's player action ( and a great part of it's value) by some moron who
apparently thought he was doing the instrument's owner a service by
removing it. I get several calls a year from owners of such instruments,
asking if I might be able to come up with a replacement player action
for them. Dream on!
