Measure every speaking length of each note.  No need to duplicate for the
unisons.

Indicate where the breaks in the scale are. (plate struts and such)

List the number of hitch pins between the breaks in the scale.

There's a good book covering this called "The Calculating Technician"
available from the home office of the Piano Technicians Guild.  They can be

I've got some adaptation of software that will give you a fairly good
scale.  Another tech has dedicated software that will scale the piano
for you about as well.  Since I don't need his application, I don't
have his addr.  If you need him really bad, I'll dig through my desk
and see what I can find.

Send me your measurements, and I'll make the attempt to scale it for you.  

There's a piano builder/designer/redesigner in Washington state that can
scale it for you as well, but most likely, for a price.
