The current version number is 2.3. It runs under Windows 3.1 and Windows
95/NT (separate 16 and 32 bit builds are available). There are also real
time add-ons (which can function in stand-alone mode): the MIDInight Express
(real time renderer) and the Mellosoftron (live sampler). Both the latter
are for Windows 95 only.

All WAVmaker stuff can be found at WAVmaker's Home Page,

 [ Editor's Note:
 [
[ I must not have been paying attention. How convenient that the
[ author of WAVmaker is a [long time] subscriber to this group!
 [
[ It will be a few days before I have time to download the program
[ and learn how to use it myself, but I'm excited to try it out.
 [
[ Tommy, have you tried processing the band organ tune "Painting the Town",
[ which is in the FTP archive on foxtail ?
 [
 [ ftp://ftp.foxtail.com/pub/automatic-music/misc/pntgr4b.zip
 [
[ Thanks for writing about your program.
