Simplex advice wanted

I just bought a British made (brand name escapes me now) piano with a
Simplex player in it.  I've never rebuilt a Simplex before and am looking
for rebuilding tips beyond what Durrell Armstrong and Art Reblitz have
published.  Does anyone have any words of wisdom?
