Hanta and Hepa
By Spencer Chase

I live in the middle of Deer Mouse country. Therefore I am concerned
with the possibility of contracting the Hanta Virus. From what I have
read, Hanta virus infection requires large levels of exposure to the
airborne virus, or we would probably all have caught it by now, since
it is not a new virus. When I am cleaning up a real mess of a mouse
nest I do disinfect it with clorox but I would be hesitant to do this
in a piano. I wear rubber gloves and a hepa mask and hope that this is
adequate.
