Introduction, roll information
By Jeremy Stevens

I've been reading the Mechanical-Music-Digest for a few months now,
and I realized it was time to Introduce myself. I've been an active
collector for about a year, and I've had an interest for as long as I
can remember. My father has been collecting nickelodeon type players
for a long time, so I grew up with a strong appreciation for Mechanical
music. So far, I have a Seeburg KT and a Coinola JX that both need a
complete restoration. I plan to restore them myself, so I've been
reading all the restore information I can find and the
Mechanical-Music-Digest has been a great source of information.

I've read "Player Piano Servicing and Rebuilding" by Reblitz, that I
had to barrow from a friend. I just found out that Vestal Press has
this book in stock again, so I ordered a copy for myself.

I've been ordering G rolls for my KT and I noticed that the roll
list doesn't have "Gottschalk Music Company" on it. Paul Gottschalk
has hundreds of A, G, O, Wurlitzer, and other player rolls, in stock.
The address is:

    Gottschalk Music Company
    208 South First Street
    Champaign, Illinois 61820
    217-351-1099

I'm looking for some parts for my collection. I need a coin box for
my late style, Seeburg KT, and a set of 24-note Coinola Orechestra
Bells for my Coinola JX.

Thanks for any information anyone might have.
