To update the information on the Atlas ($24.95 paperback, $34.95 hard
cover), today's mail brought a flyer adding shipping and Handling at
$4.00 per book surface mail and $6.00 per book priority mail in the
U.S.A.; for Canada and Mexico, add an additional $5.00 surface, $10.00
air; and for Europe to the Pacific Rim, additional $5.00 surface and
$15.00 air.

Also listed in the flyer is "PIANO - A Photographic History of the
World's Most Celebrated Instrument" by David Crombie at $39.95, S&H
(USA) included.
