Dear all,  in a 1971 issue of The Music Box, I notices that Hathaway
and Bowers offered a perforator from the Pierre Eich firm for sale,
being described as "somewhat like a typewriter".

Out of curiosity: does anyone know where this perforator ended up or
does someone has a photo of it?
