Re: Underside Cover for Reproducing Grand
By John A. Tuttle

Charles: First, where is your business located? Second, have you tried
the 1/4-inch foam rubber that is used as the inside liner in car doors
and the like? No felt hairs floating about. Third, do you use
industrial or commercial Velcro?

I've had close to thirty bellyman covers made in the past 22 years and I
always duplicated the original. My thinking was that it had lasted 70+
years already, so it must be fairly well made. Further, I've had dozens
of "things" that use Velcro, and my experience is that after a few years
the Velcro doesn't work as good as it first did. What concerns me is
"will it still work" 20 years from now?

I am pleased to note that our pricing is virtually identical.
