Hi Everybody.  My friend (without a computer) had asked me to put three
items on the list which are for sale.  I saved the best 'till last, and
here it is.

For Sale: 1931 Marshall & Wendell 5'3" grand piano with full Ampico "B"
action.  The piano has had new bass strings and new hammers installed,
all else was in fine condition.  The player action had a complete
restoration in 1994 and is expressing better than any other "B" I have
ever heard.  The only reason he is selling is that he wishes to purchase
another piano and has run out of room (he also has an art case Duo-Art
grand in his living room).  His asking price of $12,000.00 includes the
bench.
