Gateway Antique Phonograph Society
By Gary Stevenson

This past Friday night (4-25-97) was the second meeting of the Gateway
Antique Phonograph Society, hosted by Harold Jennings of Oakville,
Missouri. This "GAPS" meeting featured a review of the printed word.
Terry Baer brought in a portion of his phonograph related library and
talked about the importance of reading on the subject. Books covered
dated from the 1955 "The Fabulous Phonograph" to Tim Fabrizio new book on
the subject. This was the first meeting were items were offered for sale
on a small MART table.

The next meeting will be held at my Studio in south St. Louis Friday
night June 20th. Wish us luck. People wishing further information on
"GAPS" can e-mail me or contact Terry Baer,
