After checking their home page, it appears to me that Autoscore will
recognize only monophonic tunes.  There are several other programs on the
market that are able to do that, but to my knowledge there is (currently)
no commercial program that could recognize a polyphonic tune.

There are several academic attempts to solve the problem.  For some
reason after publishing a journal paper they just seem to abandon the
project (maybe it worked only "in theory" ;-).
