Surface Mail From Europe

To Quote the UK Post Office's own literature:

  "Surface mail delivery:
   Western Europe - within 2 weeks
   Rest of Europe - up to 8 weeks
   Outside Europe - up to 12 weeks"

As you've only been waiting 11 weeks, it's probably a bit early to start
panicking yet -- but a small amount of concern may not be inappropriate.
