Ah HA! Now I know there will be a source for "M" rolls in the future!

I was debating whether or not to include the ability to play "M" rolls in
the monster machine I am presently designing (it will play A, G, 4X, O
OS/NOS, 88-note, 65-note, and Kimball [electronic] player organ).

This, however, raises a few questions regarding the "M" roll tracker-bar
scale.....

1.  I have the tracker-bar layout in several books (including the Reblitz
"Rebuilding the Player Piano") but none of the listings show WHERE the
pipes/xylophone are tied to the stack notes of the piano.

2.  What are the note compasses of the different solo instruments, and
are they all the same? Does one instrument start at a different note than
another? Or does one instrument have more/less notes than the others?

3.  I have the tracker-bar from a Welte Licensee spoolbox.  It has many
more than 88 note holes, so I figure that I will have the extra holes in
the tracker-bar to line up with rewind/play in the different rolls.  Are
the Play/Rewind/Shutoff(coin trip) holes in an "M" roll WAY out at the
ends of the tracker-bar, or closer in to the center?  (I think the Welte
tracker-bar will cover all of the possibilities.)

4.  Has there been any feedback regarding HOW MANY rolls will be
available?
