Ariston Organette Discs
By Nancy Fratti

In the "for what it's worth department......

Regarding the Ariston disc title: ".....up to date".

There are many Disc Box discs titled "FAUST UP TO DATE"
and I would bet that that is the complete title of your Ariston
disc!

and.....

Whilst "Stilly Night" might appear to be Irish, (Robbie, laddie,
me thinks you may be havin' some slightly Irish-bent disposition!),
it is more than likely, "Silent Night" (as in the Christmas song).
There were many German Disc Box discs with "Silent Night"
loosely translated from the German as "Still Night, Holy Night".

ENJOY!

Nancy

 [ Editor's Note:
 [
[ I had the same thought, Nancy, until I looked at the full title:
 [
[ > 1343: Oft In The Stilly Night, song of Ireland
 [
[ and then my final remark: "If thats a German song, than I'm a green
 [ garden-gnome" ;-)
