'Treasures of Mechanical Music'

Greetings!  I sent an e-mail to the company listed in a previous issue
of MMD regarding the reprinting of Treasures of Mechanical Music.  They
said that any reprint would be at the discretion of the authors.  Has
anyone heard anything more about this book?  Thanks for your help!
