Composition of Player Piano Co. Glue

The PPCo. glue is PVC-E glue from National Casein Mfg. Co. in Tyler,
Texas.  They have locations around the country.  It's been twenty years
since I last used or bought any of it, but that's a clue someone can
follow up.
