H. C. Bay Piano

I have a H. C. Bay player piano.  Since my last name is also Bay, I'm
curious about the history of this company as well as the man.  I see no
reference to it in Player Piano Treasury, Treasures of Mechanical Music,
etc.

Can anyone enlighten me?
