Miner Mansion Attached are -- (a) a photo of the Steinway Welte-Mignon in a storage building at the Miner Institute -- they didn't know what they had until I told them all about it; (b) the Welte Brisgovia orchestrion in Bob Johnson's shop; (c) a photo of Heart's Delight Cottage, the original home of the Welte Brisgovia orchestrion; (d) a photo of Harmony Hall, the guest cottage which had a Welte Philharmonic pipe organ in its auditorium At my urging, the Miner Institute have moved the tall Steinway piano to much better storage. They have the T-100 Red Welte piano rolls as well as the Welte Philharmonic organ rolls from the organ in Harmony Hall.
