Survival of Violanos
By Ed Gaida

I am no expert, self-elevated or otherwise, but I do know of five
Violanos that were chopped up here in San Antonio, as I found the
roll frames and the motor-generator sets at an estate sale years ago.
Further searching revealed the pin blocks which had been sawed from
their back supports.

All of the parts found good homes with restorers throughout the
country.
