OS Change Yields Lost Information

Dear MMDians,

I've recently switched from a MAC to a PC, so all of my old eMails have
been scrapped. Sorry to inconvenience you all, but could everyone who
is still interested in the CD project (whether or not you have already
ordered) please give me a brief eMail so that I can reconstruct the
