Canadian Legal Problem: Ivory Keytops
By Jody Kravitz

A lot of messages are still coming in on the topic of Ivory keytops
and the related problems of importing/exporting Ivory, animal welfare
issues, etc. Most of the messages now express the political feelings
of the writers regarding whether there should be trade in Ivory, etc.

I personally am finding the messages fascinating and many of them
express well thought out points of view. However I'm going to
hold off on publishing any more of these messages unless they relate
directly to how to salvage the piano keys taken by Canadian customs.

I may, at a later date, print the more interesting of the messages
that come in on the policies of Ivory trade, so if you have an opinion
and want it heard you should know that _I_ will read them. However,
for now, I'm not going to print any more of "off topic" submissions.
When Robbie gets back we'll review the ones that weren't printed and
may print some of them on a slow night.

Thanks for understanding
Jody
