Restoring the Marque Ampico
By Peter Coggins

Hi, David Chalkin asks about the Marque Ampico. I have almost
finished restoring one -- a few weeks away from it, in fact!

Any help I can give you are welcome to. Although, as there are quite
a few varieties of Marque Ampico, they may not be the same. The one
I have is in a Beale (a well known Australian piano) and has no
crescendos. It was built in 1929.
