Addresses of Museums in Germany
By Hauke Marxsen

Hello Philip, A good detailed source to find information about
MMMuseums is the Musica Mechanica database of Philippe Rouille:

    http://www.cnam.fr/museum/musica_mecanica/

In your request you asked for the "The Museum of Mechanical Instruments
in Bruchsal". In the Musica Mechanica database you will find:

  Badisches Landesmuseum,
  Museum mechanischer Musikinstrumente,
  Sammlung Jan Brauers,
  Schloss Bruchsal,
  76646 Bruchsal
  Tel.: 07251-742661
  (from USA: +49-7251-742661)

It's worth to visit the museum. I was there three or four times.
The castle (Schloss) is in the middle of the town. Bruchsal is more
or less 30 km north of Karlsruhe.

I should remind you that most museums in Europe are closed on a Monday
and some have very special opening hours. A few demonstrate their
machines only once or twice per day. If you visit Europe in Winter,
you should phone before and ask if they will be open or not.

Regards

Hauke Marxsen / Germany
