My Hotmail address of the last 11 years was hacked into last weekend,
and Hotmail have closed me down for sending stuff that was nothing to
do with me.  I have therefore not received any responses from MMD
readers sent after 22nd September 2011, so would be grateful if anyone
could re-send to me at this new permanent address.
