I have to order from Schaff and APSCO all the time and I've found it
best simply to fax my order to them.  It is never a pleasant experience
to call either one of them.

Has anyone out there used Pacific Piano Supply in California?  They
offer most of the same items, the folks are actually nice and you get
your order in a timely fashion.  I've found them much easier and
competent to work with.
