Thorens AD30D Automatic Music Box

Tracelene:  In MMD, you asked about the value of a Thoren's music box
with eleven disks, made in Switzerland.

Depending upon several factors, such as case style, age (Thorens made
several 'versions' of this musical box movement over the years) and
condition, it may be valued anywhere between $150 to $400, give or take
a little.

There have been a few of them sold via the Internet auction service
eBay in recent weeks.  You may be able to gauge the value of your
musical box by searching completed eBay auctions using the search words
'Thorens disc'.  The URL is http://www.ebay.com/
