The 11-1/4" wide roll on eBay was a coin-operated piano roll known as
an "A" roll.  A band organ roll that wide would have the first slots in
the roll control various pipe functions.

This is an "A" roll because you can see the mandolin perforations on
the left side, and no apparent drum controls down the center of the
roll if it were a "G" roll.
