I'm sorry to report that only 6 people responded positively about the
planned organizational meeting for a new AMICA chapter in Western
Pennsylvania.  Because a new chapter requires 12 members, Lynn Zillmer,
manager of the DeBence museum in Franklin, Pa. has canceled the Sept.
11 meeting.

She asks that anyone who is interested in trying to organize a new
chapter in the spring stay in touch with her.  Her mailing address is
