Kastner 178-hole Tracker Bar is for Kastonome

The picture of the 178-hole tracker bar is for operating the
'Kastonome' themeing mechanism installed on some Kastner Autopianos.
Many of these are 65/88-note dual standard, and thus have a further
row of 65 holes underneath those shown.
