In response and to add to the question of Mr. Steward about "88 Note
Roll", I also have found in my warehouse (amongst fifteen unfinished
player pianos of different brands), a few "88 Note Roll" labels like
he mentioned, with the markings at the bottom corners.

But I also found a few, manufactured by a company from England.  Here
are a few pictures that may be helpful.
