Greetings:  Having restored several reed organs, I can highly recommend
the books(s) written by Robert Gellerman.  They are well written and
contain many fine illustrations.  The Gellerman books are available
from the author, now living in Florida.

The book by Arthur W.J.G. Ord-Hume, "Harmonium - the History of the Reed
Organ and its Makers", is also well written and illustrated.  I believe
the Ord-Hume book has more information regarding repair and restoration
of instruments (especially those built by Mason & Hamlin).

The other book by Horton Presley "Collecting and Restoring Antique
Reed Organ" is extremely well written.  Many professionals question
Mr. Presley's use of contact cement.

There is an excellent web site supported by the Reed Organ Society.
This site contains a wealth of materials regarding restoration of reed
organs, free for the downloading!

Now, back to the restoration of my 1926 Mustel (Paris) concertal
harmonium.  Any suggestions how to seal cracks in the reed pan?
