Nicole Freres Music Boxes
By Frank Metzger

[ Trudy Dalton wrote requesting music box information. ]

If you'll go to http://www.mbsi.org/ you'll be able to get some
information about Nicole Freres (arguably the best of the mid-period
music box manufacturers and one of the most prolific) and listen to a
lovely Nicole Piano Forte music box. You'll also be able to buy some
books which contain lots of information about Nicole and, most
important, you'll be able to join the MBSI.

The MBSI is an organization of almost 3000 members world-wide,
interested in mechanical music of every genre and willing and able
to share everything they know about their hobby with other interested
people.

I suggest you take a look and hope that you'll join us.

Frank Metzger, Trustee and Past President, MBSI
