Next Chartres Auction 10 December 2000
By Philippe Rouillé

Dear MMDs, The next specialized auction in mechanical music,
phonographs and automata will take place in Chartres (France, one
hour south west from Paris) on Sunday December 10th, 2000. The doll
auction auctions will take place on Saturday and Sunday September 23rd
and 24th, and on Saturday December 9th. There is a specialized
auction (usually quite large) of magic and conjuring artifacts and
documentation on Sunday October 15th.

For information and catalogues (usually available 2 or 3 weeks
before the auction), please contact directly the auction house:
Galerie de Chartres <galeriedechatres@wanadoo.fr>
or call : +33 2 37 84 04 33, or fax to +33 2 37 36 34 71

I usually act as consultant only for the mechanical music instruments
(not for the phonographs, automata and dolls). I'll keep you informed
in time of what will be of special interest in these auctions.

So, perhaps shall I see you in Chartres next December ?

Best regards,

Philippe Rouille (Paris, France)
