J. Lawrence Cook at 1972 AMICA Convention
By Mike Meddings

The site has been updated tonight and features a 6,000 word speech
by J. Lawrence Cook at the 1972 AMICA Convention in Los Angeles.
Distinguished guest artists included Robert Armbruster, Ursula
Dietrich-Hollinshead and J. Lawrence Cook, who gave a speech after
lunch. His speech, edited and annotated by his son, Dr. Jean Lawrence
Cook, and Millie Gaddini, includes anecdotes about QRS, Max and Herman
Kortlander and Fats Waller.

Just scroll down the JLC page and look for the "New" revolving icon.
Hope you all enjoy.

Musically yours
