I ordered some rolls from Keystone in March.  After several months I
emailed and I did receive a response in May.  They said they had moved
their operation to a new building and thus there had been a delay in
processing orders.  I have sent yet another email (7/3/01) to receive
my order and not had a response to further inquiries.  I hope all is
well there.
