Deauville Auction, a French auction society, is organizing on
November 29, 2001, an exceptional sale of vintage carousels and other
funfair attractions. Seventeen fantastic carousels dating from the
early 20th century, "Golden Age" of the carousels, will be sold at
auction. There will be a wide variety of funfair attractions, from
hand-painted wooden horses through decorated gondola cars to swing
