Source of Piano Roll Boxes

Many years ago, I had a small manufacturing company.  Any local box
company should be able to custom make boxes inexpensively.  I needed
very pretty boxes and would  find they would majke a run 100 boxes for
around $1 each in those days.  Maybe $2-$3 today.
