For piano roll boxes, I contact Richard & Janet Tonnesen, of Custom
Music Rolls in Richardson, Tex.  They stock boxes primarily for their
roll recutting, but will sell to individuals.  The boxes are sturdy, and
have a nice, shiny black "alligator" texture.  Their email address is:

They carry two box sizes.  Interior dimensions are:

	Small: 12 3/8 x 2 1/16 x 2 1/16
	Medium: 12 3/8 x 2 5/8 x 2 5/8

I last bought some for about $1.50 each, but prices may have changed.
