I read the query by Randolf Herr wanting to know if any one can recover
keys with ivory.  There is a piano key covering service in Kentucky:
Walker Piano Service.  A set of keys can be recovered with used ivories,
shaped and polished for about $1,800.00.  I think that's a ballpark
price, it may be more.  Good luck.
