Hi, according to the label that is still readable (about 3/4 of it)
the company was based out of New York.  I also have the signature
of the company's president on the bottom, however I am unable to make
out the name due to the type of writing that was used, not due to poor
quality.  The label also states most of the warranty info and the type
of style and disc size it was originally sold with (style #20 using
disc 11).  I assume that disc 11 is an 11" disc.
