Identifying Aeolian Organ (Orchestrelle)

It is interesting that Edmond Johnson should send the picture of his
Aeolian organ right now.  There's an almost identical Orchestrelle on
eBay now.  Unfortunately the eBay one is a bit of a basket case, through
no fault of the respectable current owner!
