Declining Prices
By Bruce Grimes

The market has been on a downhill slope for some years now. My last
batch of Duo-Art rolls cost $2.00 per roll. We keep getting calls
asking if we'd please take a player piano. Two weeks ago we managed to
place a Steinway "X" that was headed for the dump. But we weren't so
lucky with a Steinway Vertigrand or with a Stroud upright this spring.
I think we've managed to find a taker for a Welte grand and several
hundred rolls.

I'd buy fan accordion Duo-Art system parts or a pedal-grand pedal box,
or a grand electric top action, but then I'm a dinosaur/Luddite. I play
paper; I like it.
